What does the NR Swanks Freight Brokerage job assistance program offer and how will it help me?

It’s important to note that the job placement assistance program has been designed to provide support to those individuals who have successfully completed the freight broker training and are now seeking employment as a freight agent or dispatcher. Our primary goal is to ensure that students who have completed the program secure employment within 90 days from the completion date. While we do provide resources and guidance, it’s important to emphasize that the onus of networking and job search falls entirely on the individual. Our mission is to provide assertive support to individuals seeking to re-enter the workforce and to bridge the gap in unemployment rates for those seeking employment opportunities.
