OUR VETTING PROCESS

Built on Trust.
Backed by Compliance.

At NR Swanks, the vetting process of motor carriers utilized within our company’s logistics team is not a one-time task. The best freight brokers and logistics service providers validate the legality of any and all carrier companies twice a day.

Carrier vetting is a crucial process in the transportation and logistics industry to ensure that carriers and transportation service providers meet strict standards before they are entrusted with moving freight. This process helps mitigate risk, maintain a reliable supply chain, and ensure our customers’ shipments are handled by qualified, dependable professionals.

The specific steps and criteria involved in carrier vetting may vary depending on the nature of the goods being transported. The approach NR Swanks has chosen is to ensure our carrier network is consistently monitored through industry best practices. We carefully evaluate each carrier’s operating authority, insurance coverage, safety performance, compliance history, and overall reliability while continuously monitoring for changes that could impact service. Our commitment to ongoing carrier verification provides our customers with peace of mind, knowing their freight is backed by a trusted logistics partner dedicated to protecting every shipment from pickup through final delivery.
