Nikisha Reagan, the confident and assertive CEO and Founder of NR Swanks Freight Brokerage LLC, operating out of Houston, TX. As a freight broker, Nikisha specializes in handling Ocean freight, Air freight, and Truck freight with utmost efficiency and precision.

As a Freight Broker, she has partnered with major clients like Goodwill, Texas Workforce Commission, Stan Roberts & Associates, and Helm Wood, successfully completing over 2k+ freight arrangements since 2018. Her dedication and hard work have helped her pave the way for a promising career as a freight broker.

Nikisha is a successful businesswoman who owns a small business in Houston, TX. Her achievements are quite impressive. She was recognized by the BEY Good Foundation as one of the top 100 small businesses in Houston in 2023. Nikisha is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has a profound capability of implementing the Six Sigma methodology within her company. Moreover, NR Swanks Freight Brokerage holds all the required certifications to operate with Government, State, Local, and Federal sectors, except for the (8a) certification.

When she’s not busy fulfilling her roles as a devoted wife, a loving mother of six, a doting grandmother of six, and a proud dog mom of two, she spends her time studying the Bible and striving to achieve her next big goal in the transportation industry.
