This field resonates deeply with his early experiences helping his father run a trucking business during his middle and high school years. Today, he is the CEO of Alexandre Inc., a multifaceted company that includes a freight dispatching service, a freight brokerage, and a trucking company. Richard served six years in the Army as a truck driver. This period was pivotal, as it taught him the values of discipline, leadership, and resilience—qualities that would later define his career.
